Perimenopause sneaks up on so many women while we’re juggling kids, careers, and everything else. Symptoms like fatigue, mood swings, leaks, or hot flashes can leave you feeling alone and overwhelmed.

That’s why we’re co-hosting a Perimenopause/Menopause Workshop just for our local community.
